NOISE. The music, if you want to call it that, that has been coming from Delta Park in the afternoons and evenings for the last couple of nights is so intrusive I cannot drown it out with my television. It's now almost nine o'clock at night and it's continuing. After hours of this it is so irritating it makes me want to go over there and rattle some cages. The least you could do is turn your speakers another direction or turn the noise down. How much longer are you going to assaukt us with this cacophony?.
