I wanted to follow up my small box sent from the Phil to USA. It was way too long already. I paid the corresponding fee you charged for that item and said supposedly be delivered door to door within 15 days, it is already December and yet, i have not seen any update in your track and trace status. Please expidite the shipping, we ought to receive it same way we ought to have a good service from all of you.
