What is Market Mall?
Market Mall is the name of a shopping mall that is the largest shopping mall spanning over an area of 900,490 square feet, located in Calgary, Alberta. The mall is having a capacity to accommodate over 4,200 vehicles. Market Mall is owned and operated by Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited. The mall houses entertainment facilities for every Age of individual. Market Mall is having number of ATM machines of different banks operating in Canada for fulfilling cash related needs of people visiting the mall. The mall organizes several shopping festivals from time to time in which products are sold at discounted prices.
History
Market Mall first opened to the public in the year 1971 and underwent renovation many times after its opening. The mall houses over 230 outlets of various products ranging from clothing, beauty products, consumer electronics, Mobile phones, computers and others. The mall also houses eight stores of different items that Act as anchor stores for the mall that are named as The Bay, Old Navy, Shoppers Drug Mart, Jacob Lingerie, Coast Mountain, Toys "R" Us, Safeway and Target. Market Mall has the facilities of several soft seating areas, food courts, restaurants, nursing rooms, baby change area, kids play area, wheelchairs and electric scooters, a guest services center, etc.
