The City of Miami government filed a Federal case in which it is trying to modify or to make invalid the consent degree which defined how the police
interact with the miami homeless and other persons claiming to be loitering, trespass in front areas or public sidewalks bus stops. By taken the degree back to federal court in order to dissolve the
ACLU agreement or weaken the restrictions it places on police. I was a victim of an illegal false arrest by a police team which entered
a Walgreens Store/Pharmacy located at West Flagler Street and twelve Ave, City of Miami, Fl. I was walking in the sidewalk in direction to my clinic CAC, in 1201 SW 1st. City of Miami, Fl. Both businesses are
separated by crossing SW. 1st. Four lanes of west to east traffic. At the time I had feets inflammation in both legs and were using no
sockets and only a pair of sandals to calm the neuropathics pain and inflamed feets trying to reach my clinic doctors and obtain
pharmacy medical prescription to be bought in the Walgreens Pharmacy
At that moment four police cars entered the covered Walgreens parking lo which area it is not fenced and used by the public to
reach the store only entrance. The police team in the parking area started to tell persons to come to their police cars and put their hands over their cars surface. Me and others were asked to go inside the parking lot and to put our hands in their car surfaces and not to move from that position. The police officers started to look to the floor inside any thing and failed to find nothing. They started to register the persons clothes, but failed. A Sgnt. Which arrived responded to my claim of false arrest by order to put me on a Jail accused of trespass created by them by fraud. Can you use my case No. MI18017325 now closed, in Federal Court on 9/27/18 to support your case vs Miami Motion filed unconstitutional by U. S. Supreme Court decision. ?.

I wish to participate in your Federal Court Citation in which
you are going to respond to City of Miami Motion to invalid
your UCLA agreements with the Miami Dade police force treatment
of persons considered homeless, loitering or other behaviours
in public areas by the police forces in the City of Miami regions. My case which was considered no le process by the Attorneys Florida
Office was abandoned at trial, but anyway a criminal record still exist
due to the false arrest and fraudulent unconstitutional police action
taken against me and others that were made to enter a covered parking
non fenced Walgreens Store and pharmacy looking for drugs in that
parking area and sidewalks police operation against homeless persons
or walking as myself to my CAC clinic in Flagler St. And twelve Ave,
Miami, Fl. That I was walking to obtain medical attention for legs neuropathy, but instead was sent to jail when asked a Police Sgt. Why
I was illegally stopped to reach my clinic. He stated that because I
knew the city laws I shall be sent to jail for trespass Walgreens
Private Property in which they made me to enter by their police orders. Please use this case in favor of your UCLA response. My case
No. It was MI8017325 closed by No lo process Prosecution court request
but a criminal false arrest and fraudulent facts and record still exist in my personal record illegally and unconstitutional by due process laws. Please respond a. S. A. P. Before 10/27/2018.
