Al Hind Travels Edappal Phone Number

My dad had arranged your Al Hind edappal to apply for babies passort. After doing online formalities, staffs told to wait for another day to pay fee in SBI. Why? Next day staff called him suggested to pay fee. When I checked at Al Hind edappal, they told there is no facility from their travles to pay online fee. When I critisized of theiro poor service, he handedover phone to another lady staff. She told that my dad was not ready to pay fee using Debit card. When I checked with my dad, he told that concerned staff suggested him to pay fee in SBI and he was not aware of other forms of payment like debit/credit card or net banking. My wife also called at Al hind edappal, then the same lady told her that there is no facility to pay online fee at Al Hind edappal. Result: Un necesary delay only to pay fee. When i checked with by brother he also shared some frustrating experience at Al hind and he approached Akbar travels edappal for his passport.
