Hi, I'm Ms Loresca , working as a flight attendant and a resident of Camella, Springville. This is to complain about the incident which took place yesterday 24th of July on or about 15:00. I went to alfamart, Camella Springville Branch Kaimito St. Molino three, Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines under the management of Alfametro Marketing, Inc. To buy a Globe mobile phone prepaid card with a denomination of P500 and P100. I was so surprised after paying using my debit card staff Mr Jazz S. Malinis told me that there is no available card, but the P300 worth of P100 denomination card. I am so disappointed because your staff must double check first the availability of the product to make sure that there will be no problem especially with banking transaction and the accuracy of the company sales documentation. I am really really disappointed. I asked Mr Jazz S. Malinis to write a letter stating that I did not claim the said prepaid card yet due to unavailability of the product. Could you please look into this? I'm giving you 24 hours from the time I sent this message or I will file a necessary action against your company and the person liable to this. Thank you very much.

Good evening. I went to alfamart, Camella Springvile Branch, Molino three, Bacoor City, Philippines to buy some products for a sick relative. It was raining tonight (12-Aug, 2115H) so I brought my long umbrella. I left it at the rack where the Security Guard usually stays around. When I was done with my purchase and about to go home, I found that my umbrella was no longer there. I was informed by the Guard that two employees took the umbrella and used it. They were (1)Jhena San Jose, cashier and (2)Rosebelt Pangasi, store assistant. I got furious because I was in a hurry to get home for my sick relative and could not because of what they did. The Guard told me that they thought someone had left the umbrella. I argued that they should have been aware that there was a customer inside who could be the owner. The Guard then went out to find the said employees. I got even more furious when I found out that they were just right across the street, buying burgers. They caused my delay for something that was petty. What's worse is that the rest of the staff inside was laughing. They could not even tell that it was bad customer service. We are regular patrons of this store. I am so mad that they could do this to us. I will continue complaining until these people realize the error of their ways. Please do something about this. Thank you.
