Please i seek your indulgence in sign and stamp of the consultant in discharge slip and opd consult. Stamp of hospital , provided by your appointed nodal officer when patient went back for specialist stamp, was not enough. Some specialist write they do not own a stamp, and many routinely insist ' this is all we give'', a computer print of supposed discharge slip, with no sign of any doctor, or stamp. Clients referred to you also undertake visits to strife torn areas abroad or within the country on government duty, your discharge slip / prescription may be shown to whatever doctor/ specialist available there. Would they depend on an unsigned and unstamped prescription? this sign and stamp has to be seen before cghs doctors endorse the prescription , as per our Director, cghs orders. Dear Mr Singh, I came with my daughter Aishanee in your Max Smart SS Hospital. The experience is worst of all my experiences in the hospitals. One Dr Ajay )dentist) was assigned for the consultation. But I must tell you that either he was drunk or he was a retard. I avoided the confrontation with him mainly because my daughter was with me. I do not want her to see her mother fighting with some junkyard. The doctor was fighting with some one on his mobile when I entered in his roon C6. His assistant named shielh or I was not able to know the name stiched on his cloth, examined my daughter. He was very rude to me and Aishanee. Meanwhile Dr Ajay continued his fight on phone. And that assistant started giving his opinion that all the teeth need to extracted. I was aghast at this opinion. But then doctor Ajay in your hospital came and Without even examining her, he started saying that all her teeth need to be extracted. I must say that you have employed a quack who is metally not balanced. Even while talking to my daughter, the doctor Ajay was very rude and said’’ Muh Khol, Muh khol’’. I want to ask is this the way you allow the doctors in your hospital treat patients. Hopefully not.
