A neighbor just recently got a big black dog. She decided she now does not want to keep it inside of her apartment. It has been roaming loose on the apartment grounds bothering other residences. Other neighbors has put bowls of water for the dog, not from the owner It is very hot outside and the whole open stairway hall became very smelly and I do not appreciate this dog laying in front of my door trapping me from leaving my home. I have notified the Bavarian village apartments about this matter. They just say we can not do anything about it just contact the animal control? I am a bit confused. It states on their lease all dogs must be on a leach taken across the road to go potty along with a pet deposit which these neighbor family do not have and by being inside the city limits dogs are not to be running free.
