Sir. I am currently working with Paras Spices Pvt Ltd. Moga. I have submitted my resign with notice period serving information on 1st August due to continuesly harassment from my H. O. D. HR Manager (R. K Kalia) has hold my previous month salary without any reason. He is saying that this is our company policy to hold the previous month salary. I am living far away from my house and my all monthly expenses are due now because of salary not credited. Now they are forcong me to serve till 10th Sep whether my notice period ends on 31st August. I request you to please help me to get my salary soon so that i can manage my expenses and please help to get the reliving on 31st August as per policy.
