Subject: Request for Pass Status Due to Non-submission of Handicapped Certificate by College
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sameena, a student of Intermediate 1st Year from Government Junior College, Gurazala (College Code: 15097, Old Code: 26308), humbly submit this letter to bring to your kind attention an issue regarding my recent exam results. I am a handicapped student and eligible for the relaxed pass criteria of 20 marks as per the norms. In the recently released results:
I scored 20 marks in Economics,
And 24 marks in Commerce. However, I was unfortunately marked as failed, because my handicapped certificate was not submitted to bieap during the exam registration process due to a mistake from the college side. I have attached my valid handicapped certificate with this letter for your reference. I kindly request the honorable board to consider my case with compassion and allow my result to be updated, marking me as pass in accordance with the handicapped quota rules, without requiring me to appear for supplementary exams, as the mistake was not mine. I sincerely request your support and a quick resolution in this matter. Thanking you in anticipation. Yours faithfully,
Sameena

Subject: Request for Disciplinary Action Against College Staff for Negligence in Submitting Handicapped Certificate
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sameena, a student of Intermediate 1st Year at Government Junior College, Gurazala (College Code: 15097, Old Code: 26308), wish to bring to your notice a serious issue of negligence by the college staff which has directly impacted my academic result. As a handicapped student, I am eligible for relaxed pass marks (20 marks). I scored 20 marks in Economics and 24 marks in Commerce, but I have been marked failed in the results only because my handicapped certificate was not submitted to bieap by the college authorities during the examination process. This grave negligence has caused me immense mental stress and has put my academic year at risk, even though I had submitted all the required documents to the college on time. Such irresponsible behavior by the staff shows a lack of sensitivity and accountability towards students with special needs. Therefore, I kindly request the Board to take appropriate disciplinary action against the responsible staff members of Government Junior College, Gurazala, and ensure that such incidents are not repeated with other students in the future. I am also requesting my result to be updated as PASS, since I fulfilled the required criteria under the handicapped quota, and the fault lies with the college, not me. Thanking you in anticipation. Yours sincerely,
Sameena
