To whom it may concern:
Good day. I bought Black and Decker rice cooker last August 28, 2017, but last August 28, 2018, the unit is now working anymore. I am aware that it is the last day of warranty is on that day, however I have work that is why I went the next day. I am aware that I am one day old late of the warranty and ask the customer service LULU Gharafa to at least inform the company to consider it. The guy said they could not consider it, but I still insist that at least ask them or email them my case. I believe the brand should last at least a bit longer because it is one of the best in the market. I hope you will hear my appeal and reconsider the one day lapse of warranty. Thank you.
