Black Lung Benefits Phone Number, Contact Address, Customer Service

My problem has been with the amount of time it has taken, I filed my claim in October 2015, went through process and a year later I find I have to travel 250 miles back to the doctor who did my evaluation (in my opinion is not quilfied to do the evaluation, I'm on oxygen theropy and he said I could return to my regular job in the face underground, pathology diagnosis of the disease and more than15 years underground mining) I have to return to him to have an X-ray because the one he took could not be read by the people at federal black lung who check the X-ray. I have Xrays and CT scans every six months ordered by my treating Pulmonolpgist to check the progression of disease, but I was told since had already been paid for the X-ray I had to return to him. My first one was not taken at his office or at the hospital where my blood has and other testing was done it was done at a gynecology office where he knew the owner. Things he put in my evaluation were just plain lies, and with pathology, treating physician reports, Ct scans that confirm the disease he felt I had moderate disease and could return to work, I also have had five back surgeries that I'm totally disabled from. Knee replacement extreme breathing problems. This disease was found after everything else had been eliminated by testing, oxygen levels low also, but I had lung biopsy done looking for cancer when it was found.
