I had the worst experience. I tried booking two kids for the open bounce time and the website was not working properly. I tried calling twice to make the company aware of the problem (horsham location)of course there was no answer. When I went there the lady at the front desk said someone else had the same problem. She then called the Manger over and said he can not do anything for me it was sold out. Another person came with the same problem and he let her in with three kids. I was very disappointed the lady looked and said I should be allowed in also and that I came before her. The manager said the limit is 35 and he is now at 38. I have had my daughter, niece, nephew and referred several other people to have their party here. Never again.

Hello, I am having an issue with a BounceU location in Horsham, PA. My daughter worked there for one day a few weeks ago and decided she didn't like it and let Josh Gardner(owner) know immediately by text that she didn't feel it was a good fit for her and that she would not be returning. He replied that he understood and to leave any uniforms, , etc at the location, which she did. She also sent a separate text and asked that a check be sent to her for her one day of work, but he did not respond. Several weeks have gone by and then I sent a text to him asking that a check be sent to her as well. I can see that he read the text, but he did not respond. I sent another text and no response. It is obvious he is ignoring the situation. Can you please advise him to send a check for Hayley Stouts day of work. Gratefully, Dominick Coppola.
