With best wishes. I like to inform you that I am a Bangladeshi. I have been suffering from bad headache for a long time. I was under treatment of a doctor of Kolkata, but the result was not good. I had M. R. I and some blood test. Just after talking medicine I feel less paint, but afterwards it remains as usual. I feel vomiting at the time of pain. Some times I feel pain on both sides of my head. Now I want to make an appointment with a Neuromedicine Doctor in your hospital. Please inform me of a Neuromedicine and the expense of the treatment and how to get the serial of the doctor. I want to have a thorough check up of my body. N. B. Sir I'm very poor man. My wife is a patient of cmc vellore for her orthopedic problem. Last We visited four yrs ago in the opd of cmc. Now we will go cmc for treatment in the orthopedic deptt.
