CT EBT stands for Connecticut Electronic Benefits Transfer. CT EBT is a "debit" card that your SNAP and cash benefits are put on every month. The card holders should have a user id and password to access account information. Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is an electronic framework that permits state welfare divisions to issue benifits by means of an attractively encoded installment card, utilized in the United States and the United Kingdom.
How to use your EBT card at the store
1. Before shopping customers should check balance.
