Dear sir,
I am a customer with account number 3021010112199. My problem is that for sometime now anytime salary is paid into my account all the salary is taken from the account by another bank (AFB). Although AFB is taken part of my loan obligation from the controller, they still come into my GCB account to deduct all my salary even including my personal income in the account. I think this is not the right ethic of banking. My request is that GCB should stop this kind of deductions from my account. I write to request from your outfit to prevent AFB from deducting any money paid into my account. The deductions are being done at the controller and accountant general's department. What is happening is a form of extortion. Please solve this problem for me.
