What is Go Transit?
Government of Ontario Transit operating as “Go Transit” is a regional transport facility for the individuals of the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). The facility was introduced on 23rd May of 1967 to provide connectivity to the major areas of the country including, Golden Horseshoe, Hamilton, and many others. Go Transit transport passenger from Lake Ontario's shoreline on a single line at beginning stage. The facility operates a fleet of over 65 locomotives, 574 coaches and 466 buses to transport passengers from one place to another.
