Dear honda japan, I am owner of vehicle model Honda accord 2. 0vti L 2015. I have made a complaint regarding my reverse camera bracket broken and the service center mention to me that his customer fault. My car even not yet reach one year ago. How the thing can easily broken and blame on customer view. From my understanding that, honda japan should come out with good solution on the reverse camera bracket which is blame on me. I also engineer for other product vehicle and never come cross with this issue. I think honda japan should consider for the new part with program under warranty. I aslo have made my own technical finding on the reverse camera. Once your receive my email and feedback to me i will upload the attachment for you to view. Respected Sir, I have a very serious problem against the bad and rude behavior of the owner of the Honda showroom which is situated at Safidon, Disst. Jind, Teh. Safidon, State. Haryana, India. In this regard I have complained so many times against this matter to the Indian authority of the Honda, I have given the complain No. 1-8325303891. But after having so passed so many the Indian authorities of Honda are not ready to take any action towards my problem, they are are neglecting and ignore me regularly, so you are politely requested to take serious action against my problem.
