What is Hong Leong Bank Contact?
Hong Leong Bank is a leading bank in Malaysia. The Bank was established in 1905 with the great effort of Mr Lam Ji Chiew. The Bank began its journey from Kuching, Sarawak as Kwong Lee Mortgage & Remittance Company. In 1934, the Bank was incorporated as Kwong Lee Bank Ltd. The Bank was renamed as MUI Bank, in 1989 and operates more than 35 branches. Hong Leong Credit Berhad which is known as Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad acquired MUI Bank in January 1994. In the same year, the Hong Leong Bank reintroduced and listed on the Stock Exchange of Kuala Lumpur. And finally in 2004, the Hong Leong Bank acquired Hong Leong Finance Berhad's business. In 2014, the Hong Leong Bank merge with Eon Bank and become a banking group of over RM 145,000,000,000 in assets.
