WORST customer service of my career. Reps in the Philippines REFUSE to transfer calls to the USA. It took me two hours, escalated conversations from polite requests to yelling, the verge of declaring war and a near brain aneurysm to reach an informed American support member. Very near the point of refusing medical care to all BCBS patients based on this experience. BCBS: do yourself a favor and research customer ratings for your customer service. You have extremely poor ratings. Also, bring jobs back to America. No one in the USA, especially those who a) lost jobs to off-shoring and b) are forced into buying insurance by our government, are happy about having to use foreign support for ANY reasons or services. Badly, badly, badly done.
