Sir, I was purchased lic wealth plus policy from LIC, AMTOLA, SOUTH24PGS branch, on13. 4. 2010, by Rs. 40000. 00 single premium. My Policy number Is 579304267. This policy is now matured on 13. 4. 2018. According to the term of policy company shall be deduct alocation charges only 5% of unit in case of single premium policy. So I was purchased 4000 unit by Rs. 40000. 00 by the initial NAV Rs. 10. 00 and after deduction of5% it will be stand on 4000-200=3800 unit. Now at the time of repurches the policy, they are gave me only 3139. 444 unit. They cannot clarify the actual reason of this deduction. Please check the matter seriously and try to rembers the units and rest of repurchase Money to my account.

Our reference number My Policy with max life insurance,
PROPOSAL NO-859624686 dt 29/11/2011
Type of policy-Limited Pay Endowment To Age 75. Sub:- Non deduction of premium by ECS due dt-29/11/19. We are sorry that inspite of repeated reminders to their Customer Service Dept at Gurugram, Haryana the above mentioned premium has not yet been debited from my bank A/c by ECS. Pl note that only two numbers premium instalments are due for payment. I) one on 29/11/2019 ii)the last one on 29/11/20 all by ECS
I am afraid that for no fault of my own and for callous attitude of Max Life Insurance )as explained above) there will be problem in receiving the following payments from them
a) Yearly money back for 15 years starting from 29/11/43 till 29/11/57. B) Matured amnt incusive of Bonus on maturity on 29/11/57
Your personal intervention in this matter is requested. Kindly order them to debit premiun due on 29/11/19 from my bank account by ECS immediately. Regards,
