Jack in the Box is an American fast-food restaurant chain specialized for food items like hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, desserts and other breakfast items. The chain was created by Robert O. Peterson in the year 1951 after the conversion of his old restaurant business named Topsy's Drive-In which he opened in the year 1941. The restaurants in the chain features a circus-like decor that includes drawings of a starry-eyed clown. The company opened another restaurant chain with the name of JBX Grill in the year 2004 which sell high-quality, cafe-style food and avoiding items sold out at Jack in the Box outlets. The chain was converted to the Jack in the Box stores in the year 2006. The chain have its outlets in many states of the United States and name of some of products sold out its outlets are named as Jumbo Jack, Sourdough Jack, Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits, and the Ultimate Cheeseburger. The company also owns another restaurant chain named as the Qdoba Mexican Grill.
