I was shopping at JC Penny Sunday Dec 18 and purchased five dream visions for my grandson's and they only put four in the bag and charged me for all 5. I contacted them the following day after staying on hold and being transferred from dept. To dept. Before I finally talked to a supervisor. She assured me they would locate one and get it to me and that she would be off today, but another manager would be in touch with me. I have heard from no one. I call and call and they keep transferring me after holding on for extreme periods of time. I am very upset. I am a senior citizen and I saved this money for my grandchildren gifts and now I am without gift for one of them. I am asking someone to me immediately to discuss this. They assured me they would make it good. The supervisor I spoke to on Monday name was Adrienne. I shopped at the Annapolis Westfield Mall in Annapolis Md. I really need to get my gift as soon as possible. Please someone call me on 301-218-7887. My name is Joyce Graves .
