Dear Dr. Ken Allen
Greetings of the day. My name is AhmadFarshid Farhat. I am managing partner of DAEE Dubai and owner of Farhat Investment Association in Cyprus. Please be kind and help and guide me for the below matter ;
1- I didn't received my parcel (ref. 5906991661)
2- Tehran DHL office personnel behavior was very rude
3- I tried to find Mr. Paul Harrison as the head of Iran office on four July and five July, but he is not in his office. 4- Also I left several tel. Messages after I reach to the point that he is not coming to his office, but again there is no reply
5- I registered a complain re. 349323605, however Tehran office person who is responsible to register complains is not co-operating at all to register the real story. Please let me know what should I do and where I can follow up my complain about Tehran office rude behavior. I used DHL services for years in corporate and personal level and beleive DHL is much better than this. I remain with best regards
