On Saturday 25 my husband and I took the flight
GOTHENBURG-ALGIERS VIA FRANKFURT. WHEN ARRIVED TO ALGIERS ATT 11 AM WE WHERE
VERY DISAPOINTED BECAUSE OUR LUGAGE DID NT ARRIVE WITH SAME FLIGHT. WE TOOK KONTAKT WITH Mr TONY EL KHOURY AT THE LUFTHANSA OFFICE, TELLING HIM THAT WE HAVE TO FLY TO ORAN AT 15 40 THE SAME DAY. HE ANSWERD US THAT WE HAD NOTHING TO WORRY. SUGGESTING US TO FLY HOM TO ORAN AND TO COME BACK CONTACTING HIM DAY AFTER FOR GETTING PAYED FOR ALL CHARGES. HE DID KNOW THAT DAY AFTER WAS SUNDAY BUT DID NOT MENTIONED THAT. BECAUSE WHEN WE FLY DAY AFTER FROM ORAN TO ALGIERS TO FETCH OUR LUGAGE WE WERE CHOKED BECAUSE THE AGENCY WAS VERY CLOSED. WE HOPE THAT THE COMPANY WILL TAKE MESURES TO COMPENSATE ALL OUR SUFFERING AND ALL OUR CHARGES AND EXPLAIN FOR US Mr KHORY S BEHAVIOR. BEST REGARDS. Mrs TOURIA SENHADJI
