About three months ago I purchased Nail Envy by opi as a strengthener at Walgreens in Chino Hills. I usually buy Nailtiques, but they only carried opi. After three weeks my nails began to peel. I have never experienced this problem. Ever. I would like to return this product and would appreciate a complete refund. I will enquire at Walgreens as to the price I paid. It was not cheap. Yours truly
