What is Translink?
Translink, an organization of Department Of Transport and Roads was introduced in the year 2003. Translink offers Customers bus and Railway services. Translink is responsible for all the transport on the roads. Translink was given by Queensland Government.
Services Offered by Translink
1. Translink has more than 15 contracts working independently for better bus services.
2. Translink provides Facilities to schools also, more than 1100 buses are hired for student convenience.
3. Translink has round about 3000 cabs and more than 500 passenger car working throughout Brisbane.
4. Translink also provide air services only for some community people.
5. Translink provides Coach services who will guide Customer throughout their trip.
6. Translink also provide above 20 transport operators who drive for public passengers.
Bus facility Provided by Translink
If customer has to board the bus, customers position should be visible to the driver. If driver still cant see you, passenger can Wave their hands to gain drivers attention. If you are traveling by go card check for the amount you have to pay and keep ready. If you are traveling with discount card, the card should be with you. Customer has to co-operate while boarding the bus. After boarding the bus look for a seat, if no seat is available you can stand and can use bus handles for support. Customer has to board from front end and to get out of the bus, use back end of the bus.
