Violation Info Florida Customer Service Number

I received a red light notice from an intersection in Haines City Florida. Nobody from Mesa, AZ was in my car, yet they purport that they are better able to determine whether I should have slammed on my brakes or proceeded with caution through the intersection, as I did. It must be marvelous to have such super human capabilities. I think those are the same capabilities demonstrated by "Monday Morning Quarterbacks" after all of the games have played out. These are actually called "revenue generating programs" that have little, if anything, to do with keeping our roads safer. They have only to do with lining the pockets of all the players. I attempted to view the video of my alleged infraction, but getting to that page doesn't appear to be a realistic possibility. I'm an expert driver, as evidenced by my 53+ year driving record, without so much as a parking infraction. Now some administrator from Mesa, AZ is going to determine that all of the instincts that have kept me safe for the past 53 years were invalid. My instinct to proceed with caution rather than lock up the brakes was invalid, as attested to by the $158. 00 citation for doing what I deemed appropriate after considering all of my options. I've been married for 47 years, do you think I made the right choice? Sorry I do not have video for you to base your expert opinion on. Doesn't appear that you pay much attention to that anyhow, so just give me a yes or no and the applicable fine based on your expert opinion.
