I decision am texting because no one seem to honor your ABCMR decision (AR20140006960) dfas Cleveland will not honor my approval for (CRSC) which the army has awarded me. The problem come in when dfas states that I was not retired under title ten you. S. C. 12731 which this is whats ocen my orders from HRC fort knox. Dfas had that I was not eligible for crsc because I was out of service before 23oct 1992 before period began. DFAS is giving me the run when I call to inquire about crsc they talk real nasty some of them not all. Dfas will tell me to send them copies of my retirement orders and then turn around and tell me my copies are not acceptable that is the type of situation that I have to deal with AND also the state of nc national guard is denying me nc state pension is this correct. I would like to know what type of title ten I am retired under and forward it to dfas finance THANK YOU, GARFIELD JOHNSON you can contact me at PO BOX 436 WOODLAND, NC 27897 MY PHONE NUMBER IS (252)587-4064 OR 9252)724-2960.

I went into retired reserve on October 1, 1991 by the help of the ABCMR which in 2015 i was granted FULL RELIEF by ABCMR and my branch of service awarded my application for CRSC and dfas denied it said that i was not eligible because i was retired as a 12731b. I am a 100% p and t vietnam veteran. I was also an active duty personel and after my E. T. S. I join the nc national guard with the intention of seeking my 20years for retirement, but due to and vehicle accident of no doing of my own the state surgeon for the state of nc found me unfit for retention an was separated with an R-3 code and plus i was never counsel i was wrongfully discharged by the nc national guard. What can i do to get compensated for thir wrong doing and dfas denying me my entitlement of CRSC when my branch of service awarde the crsc to me. I was told by dfas if i want my crsc that i would have to come back to the ABCMR I would like to know what code of title ten that i was retired under.
