Good day I have seen in your website the requirements needed for OIC-NW. One of the requirements is Approved Training Record Book (TRB), I already have this requirement, but unfortunately it was burnt during fire occurred last August 15, 2016 in Pusok Arca, Lapu lapu City. What should I do? Are there any documents to be comply in lieu to TRB? Your response on this matter is highly appreciated. Please advise and thank you so much.
