What is MATS University?
Mahaveer Academy of Technology and Science (MATS) University was established in the year 2006. It is located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It is a private university recognised by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, American University Accreditation Council etc. It is also a member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi. The university includes ten institutes which are the MATS Law School, School of Information Technology, School of Education, School of Engineering and Technology, Arts and Humanities, Life and Basic sciences, School of Business studies, Physical education and Fashion Designing and Technology. All the institutes are recognised by their respective councils.
MATS offers undergraduate, graduate and post-doctoral level programs. Apart from providing world class academics programs they also provide various sports and social programs as well. They have world class infrastructure with separate hostels for Boys and Girls with the capacity of 100 and 360 respectively.
