I WISH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM YES SDN BHD. I REQUESTED FOR TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT ON 18 NOV 2016 AND TODAY (19 DEC 2016) I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM MY CREDIT CARD THAT MY CARD HAD BEEN DEBITED RM77. 70 DESPITE NOT AUTHORISING AUTO DEBIT OF MY CREDIT CARD
AT THE TIME OF TERMINATION NOTIFICATION, MY ACCOUNT WAS IN CREDIT AND I HAD RM100 DEPOSIT OWING TO ME. NOW THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL RM77. 70 OWING TO ME. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF YES FOR MORE THAN five YEARS AND I FEEL PERSONALLY AGGRIEVED AND REQUEST YOUR ASSISTANCE TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. THANK YOU
